We know that you probably have a lot of questions about us, our music and what we can offer you. Here are some answers to some of the queries that we commonly receive.


Will You Play Outdoors?

Yes, we are more than happy to play outdoors at your event as long as we are provided with chairs and with some form of cover in case of inclement weather!

How Do We Book?

If you’re interested in booking our services for your event or wedding, simply send us an email, give us a call or head to our contact page. We’ll contact you to let you know if we have availability for your chosen dates and then we’ll put your date in our diary.

How Do We Let You Know Our Requirements?

It couldn’t be easier to let us know what you want from our services. Simply call us or send us an email with your preferences and requests and we can accommodate you. If you want to see a complete list of our repertoire, we can easily email you one, but if you have any special requests, just give us a call or an email and let us know and we’ll tell you whether it’s something we can accommodate – it usually is!

How Often Will You Take A Break?

We always try to play continuously so that you can enjoy our playing as background music to your event. If you require us to play for sessions of longer than two hours, we will take a short 15-minute break before returning to play. If you would prefer the music to be continuous, we can make arrangements for constant coverage by taking it in turns to have our break.

Will We Need to Supply You with Food and Drink?

That depends on how long you need us to perform for! If you are only hiring us for a short period of two hours or less, you won’t need to supply us with anything. If you need us for longer periods, we will request that you supply us with tea, coffee and water (and some biscuits wouldn’t go amiss!)

Can You Move Between Venues or Rooms?

That won’t be a problem. As we only have ourselves and our instruments, we can easily move from room to room or even from venue to venue to play wherever you need us!

How Early Do We Need to Arrange A Booking?

That very much depends on the season during which you require our services. During the summer months, we are often booked up at weekends for many months in advance for weddings. Our services are also in high demand around Valentine’s Day and during the festive period. For mid-week bookings, we often have short notice availability. Why not give us a call to find out?

What Will You Be Wearing?

Our standard clothing is usually plain black trousers and shirts. However, we can change that depending on your requirements. We can wear brightly coloured clothes or very formal evening wear if your event requires it.
